A Swiss-founded cybersecurity firm with offices across the UAE, Bahrain, and Singapore is looking for a Senior Sales Representative to join their Bahrain team. The business has been operating for over 15 years, works with governments, enterprise clients, and financial institutions across the GCC, and has a strong public profile. They have an enterprise-grade product, a full pipeline of qualified leads, and the brand to open doors. Arabic fluency is a genuine advantage in this market.
What’s in it for you?

What will you be doing?
- Own the full sales cycle across Bahrain and the wider GCC without co-founder involvement
- Take over a live pipeline and convert leads independently
- Sell across enterprise, government-adjacent, and financial services targets
- Deal values from BD 5,000 to BD 3M – you will be operating at the top end
- Meetings-first day: direct outreach, relationship-led selling, events
What do you need?
- 2-3+ years of cybersecurity sales experience in Bahrain or the GCC
- Comfortable closing with senior and government-level stakeholders without support
- Arabic a strong advantage – essential for key government and semi-government relationships in this market
- MSSP or cloud security background a strong plus
- Commission-first mindset – motivated by what you earn, not what you’re guaranteed
