  • Drive improvements in costing processes, controls, reporting quality and system reliability through proactive review, documentation and stakeholder engagement
  • Perform monthly process order settlements and partner with Supply Chain to investigate unusual variances, master data issues and system setup discrepancies.
  • Maintain material master data including new product cost releases and conduct periodic checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of system setup
  • Execute and drive cost roll-up and inventory revaluation processes including analysis, reporting and stakeholder communication.
  • Prepare and analyse monthly manufacturing variances, identify key drivers and work with stakeholders to resolve root causes
  • Coordinate half-yearly and annual manufacturing rate reviews including data compilation, analytical review, stakeholder communication and recommendation of rate updates for planning and reporting purposes
  • Own inventory control activities including inventory adjustments, SRMS analysis, third-party inventory reconciliations, stocktake coordination, cycle count follow-up and variance reporting.

SEA Costing \& Inventory

  • Provide shared service support to SEA and Oceania on costing, inventory and related reporting activities
  • Guide and collaborate with local Finance costing team members by providing senior-level costing advisory support on ad-hoc business matters
  • Support product cost analysis, toll product cost analysis, QC point change impact assessments and operational cost improvement initiatives
  • Partner with local Finance, Supply Chain, Operations and Regional Finance teams to ensure costing matters are reviewed accurately and aligned with business requirements.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline
  • 6-8 years of relevant working experience, preferably within the Singapore manufacturing industry
  • Strong experience in costing, inventory management, financial reporting and manufacturing variance analysis
  • Hands-on experience with SAP is required
  • Prior experience in FTA management/trade compliance would be an added advantage
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and business partnering skills
  • Ability to interpret complex operational and financial data and translate findings into clear management insights
  • High attention to detail with strong ownership mindset and the ability to manage multiple deadlines independently
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills across functions, countries and levels of seniority
  • Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify control gaps, streamline processes and support change management
  • Team player with a positive working attitude, strong learning agility and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
