Overview:
Join Expleo and the Global Legal team and contribute in Group’s growth, operational performance and competitiveness, while overseeing its compliance with the law and protecting the Group’s reputation, stakeholders’ trust and values.
As Senior Corporate Counsel, you are a key member of the Global Legal team, acting as a senior business partner for corporate operations across all Group entities in an international and multi‑entity environment. You provide high‑quality, pragmatic and proactive legal support on corporate and M\&A matters worldwide, ensuring that legal risks are anticipated, mitigated and that Expleo’s assets and governance framework are robustly protected.
You operate with a high degree of autonomy, act as a subject‑matter reference on corporate law topics, and actively contribute to the Group Legal Strategy, continuous improvement initiatives and legal operations maturity.
You report directly to the Legal Director (Romania) and functionally to the Group General Counsel (France).

Qualifications: * Law degree (graduate or post‑graduate).
Essential skills: * Excellent command of advanced business legal English (written and spoken); preferred strong French skills. * Strong interpersonal, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills; diplomatic and credible at senior level. * Strong business and financial sensitivity with the ability to balance legal risk and commercial objectives. * Strategic mindset combined with a hands‑on, solution‑oriented approach. * Strong focus on legal operations, process improvement and legal design. * Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple complex matters in parallel. * Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast‑paced, matrix and international environment. * Agile, proactive and resilient; able to set priorities and drive matters to completion.
Experience: * Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in corporate law within an international, multi‑entity environment (in‑house or top‑tier law firm experience preferred). * Strong, proven track record in complex corporate transactions and M\&A matters. * Excellent understanding of corporate governance, group structures and cross‑border operations. * High professional ethics, discretion and strong sense of accountability.
