Job Summary

Javys Business Solutions Bahrain is seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Senior Business Operations Manager to oversee operational performance, business processes, client coordination, and organizational efficiency.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in operations management, business administration, project coordination, commercial services, consulting operations, or corporate support environments. The successful candidate will help drive operational improvements, manage internal workflows, and support business expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day business operations and operational workflows
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Develop and implement operational improvement strategies
  • Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, and performance reporting
  • Support business planning, process optimization, and project coordination
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and business partners
  • Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning activities
  • Identify operational challenges and recommend effective solutions
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and team development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and operational policies

Qualifications

  • Experience in business operations, administration, project management, consulting services, or related industries preferred
  • Previous leadership or operations management experience is highly preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
  • Customer-focused and detail-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency with business reporting and operational coordination tools preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related field preferred but not mandatory
  • GCC business operations experience is considered an asset
