Senior Business Development Manager

About the Role:
Hamina Group Holdings \& Business Solutions W.L.L. is seeking a highly experienced and growth-driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead corporate expansion initiatives, strategic partnerships, and revenue development operations in Manama, Bahrain. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and driving sustainable growth across diversified business and investment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development Leadership: Oversee corporate growth strategies, partnership development, and market expansion initiatives
• Strategic Partnerships Management: Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, investors, and business partners
• Revenue Growth \& Sales Strategy: Drive business acquisition, commercial performance, and long-term revenue growth
• Market Analysis \& Opportunity Identification: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility assessments
• Corporate Solutions Development: Support business consulting, operational improvement, and enterprise solution initiatives
• Client Relationship Management: Manage high-level stakeholder engagement and key account relationships
• Proposal \& Negotiation Oversight: Lead contract negotiations, business proposals, and strategic agreements
• Process Optimization: Improve sales pipelines, reporting systems, and operational workflows
• Team Leadership: Lead business development executives, account managers, and commercial teams

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Senior-level experience in business development, corporate consulting, or commercial management
• Skills: Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities
• Education: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in corporate services, holdings management, or diversified business operations
• Leadership: Ability to manage commercial teams and high-value business portfolios
