About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst - a key link between our business and technology teams.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for translating complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements, helping shape the digital tools that power our operations across multiple brands and markets.

You’ll work across departments, drive process improvements, and ensure that every solution we deliver truly fits the business - both functionally and strategically.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring
• shared understanding of goals and requirements.
• Lead the end-to-end requirements process, from discovery and documentation to validation (BRD/FRD, User Stories, BPMN, Use Cases)
• Analyze and optimize existing business processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and automation.
• Coordinate small-scale projects and complex change requests, acting as Delivery Manager for assigned initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Plan and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate business readiness.
• Configure and parameterize ERP solutions in line with evolving business processes.
• Prepare and maintain documentation supporting long-term sustainability of solutions.

What You Bring

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects - preferably focused on ERP or CRM system implementation, development, or optimization. Strong ERP/CRM knowledge (Odoo, Dynamics, SAP, Salesforce, etc.)
• Advanced practical knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC, SAP, Oracle, etc.) and/or CRM, e-Commerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365).
• Hands-on experience in business analysis methodologies and tools (BRD/FRD, User Stories, BPMN, Process Mapping)
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and SQL is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and engage stakeholders effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelors in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Advanced English (written & spoken)
• Preference will be given to native Arabic speakers.
