Develop and initiate the insurance business professional service including create relationship and enhance the client loyalty toward for the Aon Risk Services (Thailand) Ltd. by challenging with the businesses opportunity to meet line of business goals for revenue, brokerage, fees as well as budget and allocated expenses for the operation and processing units.Aon is in the business of better decisions

- Maintain and develop client relationship with professional service, sales and processing plans within prescribed company’s framework, ensuring that those actions are supportive with the initiative idea or required by the company; performance standards are established; results by product line and distribution channel are monitored, and corrective action taken as required. This includes strategic and campaign planning, budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Research and develop strategy to achieve penetration businesses as well as maintain renewal businesses including new businesses whenever applicable.
- Proactive for client responsiveness includes identifying the needs of clients in various external environments and transferring to the insurance mechanism which updates insurance products/design/modified with the insurance company for achieving the company revenue/budget.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships, implement and communicate with major corporate accounts including enhance the customer service and procedures, response timetables and quantity and quality standards in order to maximize benefit for the company.
- Collaborate with Director, Manager, Marketing, and relevant internal team to develop and execute business strategies in alignment with regional initiatives and company objectives.
- Establish positive and profitable relationships with profit producing producers, including insurance carriers, business partners, sponsors, associations, direct clients, regulatory agencies, and professional groups to support business growth.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, including adherence to internal processes, compliance standards, and systems such as Aon Connect, as well as other non-negotiable corporate policies.
- Claims Advocacy, act as a liaison between the client and the claims department/insurer to ensure fair and timely settlement of claims.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field, preferable in insurance or risk management
- At least 4-6 years’ experience in insurance industry
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Thai
- Good interpersonal \& communication skills
- Highly Motivated, Team-player
- Strong Analytical capabilities
- Ability to make Client presentations
- Personal Computing Skills and use of common office software - MS Office, Lotus Notes
