Experienced Security Guards Needed,

Bar, Club and Event Security Titan Global Security is currently hiring experienced security guards for bar, club, nightlife, and event space assignments. We are looking for professional, reliable, and confident guards who can help maintain a safe environment while providing respectful customer service to guests, staff, and management. This role is ideal for guards with experience working in bars, clubs, lounges, private events, concert venues, banquet halls, or busy public-facing environments. Responsibilities: Monitor entrances, exits, guest flow, and assigned areas. Assist with access control and ID checks when required. Maintain a visible and professional security presence. Help prevent disturbances, overcrowding, and unsafe behaviour. De-escalate situations calmly and professionally. Communicate clearly with management, staff, and other guards. Complete incident reports when necessary. Follow all site rules, company procedures, and legal requirements. Requirements: Previous security experience required. Experience in bars, clubs, event spaces, or nightlife environments preferred. Must be reliable, punctual, and professional. Strong communication and conflict de-escalation skills. Able to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to stand for long periods. Must present a clean, professional appearance. Preferred Qualifications: Smart Serve certification is an asset. Crowd control or event security experience is an asset. Supervisor or team lead experience is an asset. Compensation: Competitive hourly pay based on experience and assignment type.
