Job Summary

The Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of customers, employees, visitors, and company assets. The role includes monitoring the premises, preventing unauthorized activities, responding to incidents, and maintaining a safe shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor entrances, exits, and designated areas of the hypermarket.
• Conduct regular patrols to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
• Monitor CCTV systems and report suspicious activities.
• Assist in loss prevention and ensure compliance with security procedures.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and safety concerns.
• Prepare daily security reports and incident records.
• Guide customers and visitors when required while maintaining a professional approach.
• Coordinate with management and emergency services when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company security policies and safety regulations.

Requirements

• High school qualification or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Security Guard, preferably in the retail or hypermarket sector.
• Good observation and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of CCTV monitoring and security procedures.
• Physically fit and able to stand or patrol for extended periods.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
