Responsibilities: Ready To Build Your Security Career Across Both Threat Operations and Fraud Prevention From Day One? Why This Role Matters Most security roles lock you into one lane. This one doesn't. As the foundational role on Personify Health's Threat Intelligence \& Response team, you develop real capability across security operations and fraud prevention simultaneously — executing daily SecOps workflows, investigating fraud incidents, triaging tickets, and maintaining the knowledge base that keeps the team running. Cross-training isn't a side requirement here; it's the whole point. What You'll Actually Do

Execute the daily SecOps checklist: Run log reviews, Entra user-at-risk monitoring, redemption spike monitoring, common fingerprint report reviews, and gift card redemption reviews each day.Investigate and respond to fraud incidents: Work fraud prevention cases end-to-end using established fraud-specific procedures — distinct from CSIRT technical incident response.Triage security tickets and email intake: Route and resolve incoming Freshservice security tickets and manage the security email inbox, directing requests to the right team member efficiently.Identify and respond to phishing and BEC events: Detect and respond to phishing attempts and business email compromise using established team procedures.Maintain cross-trained coverage: Build and sustain capability across all TIR team functions to provide reliable coverage during absences, PTO, and international holidays.Own Confluence documentation: Maintain assigned knowledge base pages and contribute to documentation quality through regular review and updates.Apply AI and automation to daily work: Actively use AI-assisted tools — including Microsoft Copilot and security AI features within existing platforms — to accelerate ticket summarization, email triage, fraud case write-ups, and documentation. Surface automation opportunities within daily checklist tasks to the team.Participate in the On-Call Rotation: Share on-call obligations with all TIR team members regardless of track or seniority — this is a standing expectation factored into scheduling and compensation.

Qualifications:

What You Bring to Our Team

Education \& Experience* Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field — or an Associate's degree combined with 2+ years of demonstrated experience in a security operations or fraud investigation role * 1–3 years in a cybersecurity, fraud operations, or IT security support role * Hands-on familiarity with at least one SIEM, threat monitoring, or fraud prevention platform * Ability to work fraud cases end-to-end using defined procedures and independently triage incoming security requests

Preferred Certifications (not required)* CompTIA Security+ * CompTIA CySA+ * ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) * GIAC GFACT
