Hiring: Scrum Master – Airline Domain

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with strong Agile/Scrum expertise and mandatory airline industry experience.

Key Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Airline domain experience is mandatory
• Scrum certification preferred
• Candidates from other nationalities preferred
• Strong knowledge of Scrum practices, Agile delivery, backlog support, and blocker removal
• Experience working with product teams and cross-functional delivery teams
• Excellent stakeholder coordination and vendor management skills
• Crisp, structured, and executive-ready communication
• Strong presentation and reporting skills
• Outcome-driven mindset with strong ownership and execution focus
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Confident in constructively challenging teams, vendors, and stakeholders when required

Pay: AED14,000.00 - AED17,000.00 per month
