INTAKE 18 AUGUST ONWARDS AT SUNWAY PUTRA MALL

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Welcome and register customers – Greet guests, verify bookings, and assist with check-in.

2. Explain game rules – Brief players on the storyline, objectives, safety rules, and game mechanics before the session starts.

3. Monitor gameplay – Watch players through CCTV or observation systems, track their progress, and ensure they follow the rules.

4. Provide hints – Give clues when teams get stuck while maintaining the game's challenge and flow.

5. Ensure safety – Respond quickly if guests need assistance or if an emergency occurs.

6. Reset the room – Rearrange puzzles, props, locks, and equipment after each game so the room is ready for the next group.

7. Customer service – Answer questions, take photos after the game, handle feedback, and create a positive guest experience.

8. Maintain the escape room – Check that props, puzzles, and equipment are working properly and report any issues.

9. Support daily operations – Help with bookings, cleaning, promotions or special event ( team building

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum SPM
• Good communication in English and Malay , can speak in other language will be advantage : example Chinese
• No need experience -Training will be provided
• Good attitude , punctual , discipline , hardworking and responsible
• Friendly
• Youthful and enthusiastic
• can work in team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
