This role supports agile delivery within IT Services, assisting squads to deliver high-quality outcomes that align with University priorities. Role \& Responsibilities: The Scrum Master works collaboratively with technology and business stakeholders to clarify objectives, monitor risks, and contribute to transparent reporting on progress and value. The post holder supports cross-team coordination and continuous improvement, promoting customer-centric delivery and a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and excellence in support of the University’s Digital and Data ambitions. Responsibilities include: Facilitate agile ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) for assigned squads, ensuring agreed processes are followed. Support teams in applying agile principles and encourage a culture of iterative improvement and learning. Assist with the intake of work into squads, helping to clarify scope and priorities, and supporting the management of dependencies. Help identify and escalate blockers, risks, and issues to the Senior Agile Delivery Manager or relevant stakeholders. Collaborate with product owners, technical leads, and business stakeholders to support alignment and transparency across initiatives.
