Project Manager / Scrum Master (Freelance)
We are looking for a Project Manager / Scrum Master for a digital experience agency in Dubai. This is a consolidated delivery role covering project management and Scrum Master duties across concurrent web, product, and platform projects.
Responsibilities
- Own delivery end to end: planning, governance, agile ceremonies, scope, risk, budget, and client communication
- Run multiple concurrent web, product, and platform projects to deadline
- Coordinate cross-functional, offshore, and freelance teams
- Manage clients and technical teams directly (client-facing role)
- Report to the Delivery Director
Requirements
- 6+ years of digital project management experience in an agency or digital product environment
- Proven track record running multiple concurrent projects to deadline
- Strong agile / Scrum background; PSM, CSM, or PMP is a plus
- Confident managing both clients and technical teams
- Comfortable across web, product, and platform builds
- Fluent written and verbal English; Arabic is a plus
Terms
- Location: Dubai, UAE
- Work model: Onsite, full time (not remote)
- Engagement: Freelance / independent contractor (must be able to invoice as a freelancer)
- Rate: Up to AED 10,000 per month, all-inclusive
- Start: Immediate
- Visa: No visa sponsorship provided; candidates must have their own valid UAE residence visa (own / self-sponsored)

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
