Software Project Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a highly capable Software Project Manager with strong experience in end-to-end project delivery, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

In this role, you will take full ownership of delivering software and digital channel projects—from initial requirements gathering through to deployment—while ensuring alignment between clients, business stakeholders, and development teams. Your ability to drive collaboration, manage expectations, and lead Agile delivery will be critical to success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring successful execution from requirements gathering to deployment within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Drive and manage Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Act as the central point of coordination between clients, stakeholders, and development teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and clients, setting expectations and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Work closely with developers, QA, and UI/UX teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
• Define and document business requirements (BRDs) and support wireframing to guide development.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Track progress and performance using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality solutions that balance business needs and technical feasibility.
• Remain flexible to support and manage projects across different regions if required.

Requirements

• Proven experience in end-to-end software project delivery within digital or software environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate stakeholders, clients, and development teams effectively.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience in requirements gathering, BRD creation, and supporting design/wireframing.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Agile/Scrum certifications (e.g., CSM, PMP, PMI-ACP) are an advantage.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Willingness to be based in Riyadh and relocate for future projects if needed.
