Job Description

We are looking for a Scrum Master / Delivery Manager to support a Data Centre Migration programme, combining Scrum facilitation with delivery coordination. The role focuses on enabling Agile teams, removing delivery blockers, coordinating workstream activities, and ensuring transparent planning, risk management, and collaboration across development teams and key stakeholders within a large-scale transformation programme.

Responsibilities

• Organise and facilitate Scrum ceremonies
• Remove blockers and help the team maintain delivery momentum
• Identify risks, critical issues and barriers affecting team productivity
• Coach the team on Agile, Scrum and SAFe practices
• Protect the team from unnecessary external disruption
• Promote continuous improvement and team reflection
• Support complete and up to date documentation of delivery work in Jira
• Cooperate with Product Owners, development teams and stakeholders
• Work with Release Managers and Project Managers on production release planning
• Support planning, coordination and timeline control for the assigned migration workstream
• Promote Agile tools, practices and delivery discipline across the organisation

Requirements

• 3 to 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• 3 to 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile, Kanban and SAFe
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence
• Experience working with development teams and business stakeholders
• Strong facilitation and communication skills
• Ability to identify delivery risks and propose mitigation actions
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• English at a level enabling fluent business communication

Nice to have

• Scrum Master certification, for example PSM I, PSM II or CSM
• Experience in financial services or payments
• Experience in migration, infrastructure or data centre programmes
• Experience working with Release Managers and Project Managers
• Experience in large corporate environments
