Scrum Master @ KL - 1 Year Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure smooth Sprint delivery.
• Partner with Product Owners and Agile teams to deliver business priorities on time and within scope.
• Coach teams on Scrum, Agile practices and continuous improvement.
• Identify and remove blockers impacting team progress.
• Track Agile metrics and support process improvements.
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches and stakeholders across teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of Scrum Master / Agile experience.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum framework and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Design Thinking and Story Mapping.
• Insurance / Financial Services experience preferred.
• Strong communication, facilitation, coaching and problem-solving skills.
• Scrum Master / Agile certification (CSM, PSM or equivalent) is a plus.

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
