Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking an Supply Chain Management (SCM) Business Analyst to support the SAP S/4HANA procurement and supply chain workstream, with a focus on reporting, UAT coordination, and business user support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support procurement and supply chain business analysis and reporting.
  • Assist in gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.
  • Coordinate and support UAT activities (test scripts, execution, defect tracking).
  • Support data migration activities, including data validation and business sign‑off.
  • Assist business users in understanding new SAP S/4HANA processes.
  • Support training sessions and post‑go‑live user queries.

Requirements

  • Mandatory Experience \& Skills
  • at least 4 years experience as a Business Analyst in ERP or SAP projects.
  • Experience supporting SAP procurement or supply chain processes.
  • Experience supporting UAT or system rollout activities.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and coordination skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice to Have

  • Prior exposure to SAP S/4HANA projects.
  • Experience in oil \& gas or industrial sectors.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM13,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
