Job Description

  • Responsible for secretarial tasks (scheduling, appointment, traveling and meeting)
  • Prepare and distribute agenda and minutes of meeting
  • Responsible in managing client’s relationship (both external and internal client)
  • Convey executive message and instructions to the employee to support his/her work
  • Responsible for administrative tasks (Screening, communications, arranging meeting room and making arrangement for visitors)
  • Update information in monthly management report, prepare any report assigned by executive
  • Responsible for the other assignments

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor degree or higher in any field
  • 2-3 years’ experience in Executive Secretary
  • Good command of English both written and verbal, and computer Literacy
  • Experience in Asset Management Business will be advantage
  • Time management skills as well as the ability to work independently
  • Pleasant personality, good attitude, and service mind
