About the Role
Help shape the future of our HR technology.
While this role is ideally based at our Adelaide Head Office, we welcome applications from exceptional interstate candidates who are able to travel to Adelaide on a regular basis for stakeholder engagement, workshops and key business activities.
Following the successful implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, we're looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Optimisation Lead to drive the ongoing stabilisation, optimisation and adoption of our SuccessFactors environment.
Reporting to the Head of People Operations, this newly created role will become the functional owner of our SuccessFactors platform, partnering closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT and business leaders to improve system capability, reporting, data quality and user experience.
Rather than simply maintaining the system, you'll identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve workflows, reduce manual effort and deliver practical system enhancements that create genuine business value. You'll also work closely with our managed service provider to reduce reliance on external support by building strong internal capability and sustainable support processes.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a global HR technology platform and make a lasting impact across the business.
As a valued member of the team, you will contribute to a variety of activities, including:
Lead the ongoing optimisation and functional ownership of SAP SuccessFactors.
Develop and manage a prioritised optimisation roadmap and backlog.
Analyse business requirements and translate them into practical system solutions.
Configure, test and coordinate approved SuccessFactors enhancements.
Improve HR workflows, approvals and business processes across multiple modules.
Design and maintain reports, dashboards and people analytics.
Improve HR data quality, governance and reporting standards.
Coordinate user acceptance testing, release activities and business readiness.
Develop training materials, user guides and knowledge resources to improve adoption.
Own functional triage of SuccessFactors incidents, service requests; resolve repeatable functional issues internally where appropriate; escalate complex technical, payroll and integration matters to the managed service provider; and ensure knowledge is transferred back into Codan after resolution
Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT and external vendors to deliver successful outcomes.
Support continuous improvement across recruitment, onboarding, learning, performance and employee lifecycle processes.
Benefits and Culture
Our culture is supportive and collaborative. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team where we share our ideas and innovation is strongly encouraged. We are looking for someone with genuine passion and can-do attitude for what they do. Our Head office is located in Mawson Lakes offering a spacious, modern facility, free secure onsite parking, easy access via public transport, and an onsite subsidised café. We also have recreational facilities including a gym, basketball and tennis court, as well as various game tables. Additionally, our staff are provided flexibility to meet the demands of family life, a child-friendly parenting room, and a variety of staff events to connect with colleagues across the Codan Group.
