Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Director to develop our business in the local market through partner ecosystem development and direct enterprise sales.

This role focuses primarily on building strategic partnerships with system integrators, IT service providers, and software distributors, while also leading key enterprise opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Southeast Asia sales team.
  • Coach and mentor team members on consultative selling and the value of AI-powered workplace solutions.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, including new customer acquisition, ARR growth, renewals, and account expansion.
  • Drive consistent achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators across the region.
  • Manage strategic enterprise accounts, leading customer engagements, negotiations, and contract closures.
  • Strengthen customer retention and revenue growth through cross-selling, upselling, and increased product adoption.
  • Optimise sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting through effective CRM utilisation.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Provide sales performance reports, market insights, and customer feedback to support business growth and product enhancements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5–8 years of B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales experience, including at least 2 years in a sales leadership role.
  • Proven success in selling SaaS, enterprise software, AI solutions, or office productivity platforms.
  • Strong experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging C-level executives.
  • Good understanding of SaaS business models, including ARR, renewals, customer retention, and pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Pay: $6,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month
