Role Summary

The Project Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of the Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) implementation for Almarai. The role requires strong leadership across onsite operations in Riyadh and offshore delivery in India, ensuring seamless collaboration between client stakeholders and distributed delivery teams. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, governance, stakeholder management, risk management, financial oversight, quality assurance, and successful project delivery from initiation through Hypercare.

Work Location \& Travel Requirements

· Primary assignment at the client site in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

· Willingness to travel and stay onsite in Riyadh for extended project phases.

· Ability to coordinate and lead offshore delivery teams based in India.

· Flexibility to work across different time zones to support onsite and offshore collaboration.

· Availability for business travel during critical project milestones, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage the complete project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, Go-Live and Hypercare.

· Lead onsite client engagement in Riyadh while coordinating offshore implementation teams in India.

· Prepare and manage project plans, schedules, resource allocation and budgets.

· Drive governance meetings, Steering Committee meetings, project status reviews and executive reporting.

· Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.

· Coordinate Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers and Functional Consultants.

· Ensure successful implementation of Product, Raw Material and Packaging Material master domains.

· Coordinate integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, ETQ QMS, Product Management System (PMS) and Snowflake.

· Ensure adherence to quality standards, delivery milestones and contractual commitments.

· Manage client communication, stakeholder expectations and vendor coordination.

· Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Cutover Planning, Go-Live, Hypercare and Warranty Support.

Required Qualifications \& Experience

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.

· 10–15 years of IT project management experience with at least 5 years managing enterprise MDM or Data Management programs.

· Experience managing onsite-offshore delivery models.

· Experience delivering Informatica IDMC or enterprise MDM implementations is preferred.

· Strong stakeholder management, leadership and communication skills.

· Experience managing projects in Manufacturing, FMCG or Supply Chain domains is preferred.
