Sales Support Executive

Salary: RM 3,000 – RM 4,000 (depending on experience)

MSP METROLOGY (M) SDN BHD is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support professional to join our Selangor branch.

Location: A-03-31, Kompleks Perindustrian EMHUB, Persiaran Surian, Taman Sains Selangor, Kota Damansara, 47810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Description:

• Coordinate sales schedules, meetings, site visits, and service appointments
• Prepare sales quotations, revisions, and process sales orders
• Maintain accurate sales documentation and customer records
• Follow up with customers on quotations, orders, deliveries, and services
• Provide administrative support to the sales team
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, service, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Update and maintain CRM system and sales trackers
• Assist with after-sales documentation and service coordination

Job Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in sales support, administrative, or customer service role (fresh graduates may apply)
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage)
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience using CRM or ERP systems is an advantage
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Able to follow up independently and work well with internal teams
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
