About the Role
Hardal is your new measurement analytics stack with server-side, first-party, and privacy-focused.
As an SDR, you are the first voice of Hardal in the market. Your job is one thing: get the right people into a conversation with our AE. You research, prospect, reach out, qualify, and book. You do this relentlessly, every single day.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Build and execute outbound sequences across email, Eurostaffs, and phone targeting mid-market and enterprise brands in Turkey
- Research target accounts and identify the right decision-makers
- Qualify inbound leads and route them efficiently to the sales team
- Maintain clean, accurate pipeline data in our CRM (Twenty)
- Work closely with the team to sharpen outreach messaging based on what actually works
- Represent Hardal at industry events and in the Turkish martech community
- Hit a clear weekly and monthly pipeline target
If you need a script for every call and a manager to chase you, this isn't for you.
Requirements for Success:
- 1-3 years of outbound sales or business development experience in B2B SaaS or martech
- You know how to write a cold email that gets a reply
- Comfortable talking to senior buyers without freezing up
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, analytics, or e-commerce
- CRM discipline, you log everything, every time
- High-energy, self-starter, you don't need someone to tell you to pick up the phone
- Excellent Turkish and strong English (written and spoken)
