We are looking for a technical and results-driven LED Lighting Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will act as our product expert, driving revenue by selling our advanced LED lighting solutions to commercial, industrial, or trade clients. You will combine deep product knowledge—such as energy efficiency, lumens, and smart controls—with sharp sales skills to secure high-value projects and build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Manage the full sales cycle for commercial, industrial, or residential LED lighting projects.
- Technical Consultations: Evaluate blueprints, site layouts, and lighting specs to recommend the right LED products.
- ROI Presentations: Deliver high-impact product demos and explain financial benefits, like energy savings and payback periods.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate, up-to-date sales pipeline and track project leads within our CRM.
- Bidding \& Estimates: Draft detailed commercial quotes, respond to project RFPs, and negotiate contract terms.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong networks with electrical contractors, architects, facility managers, and distributors.
Requirements \& Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of successful sales experience, specifically within the lighting, electrical, or building materials industries.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of LED technology, lighting design basics, energy-efficiency standards, or rebate programs.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, commercial project bidding, and relationship-building abilities.
- Tools: Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) and basic layout or lighting estimation tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
