ReelWork is a fast growing hiring platform helping hospitality and retail businesses hire staff through short candidate videos instead of boring resumes.

We are looking for a confident, hungry sales rep to get out on the road and sign up venues across Melbourne.

This is a proper door to door sales role. You will be walking into cafes, restaurants, bars, salons, retail stores and other local businesses, speaking with owners and managers, showing them ReelWork, and getting them signed up.

You will be responsible for:

Visiting local venues in person

Speaking directly with owners, managers and decision makers

Explaining how ReelWork helps them find staff faster

Getting venues signed up on the spot

Helping them post their first job or set up their hiring link

Following up leads and keeping notes in our CRM

Building strong relationships with local businesses

What we are looking for

You must be:

Confident walking into businesses cold

Comfortable speaking to owners and managers

Persistent and not easily put off

Well presented and reliable

A strong communicator

Able to work independently

Hungry to win and hit targets

Hospitality, retail or sales experience is a big bonus, but attitude matters more than experience.

This role would suit someone who loves meeting people, is not scared of rejection, and wants to be part of a fast growing startup.

For the right person, this role can grow fast into a senior sales or leadership position as ReelWork expands across Melbourne and beyond.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Camberwell VIC
