Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Conduct route driving to visit clients, ensuring timely delivery of products and excellent service
• Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer value
• Maintain accurate pricing information and ensure proper merchandising of products in-store or at client locations
• Utilize strong communication skills to explain product features, benefits, and pricing details clearly
• Perform heavy lifting when handling product inventory or promotional materials as needed
• Organize and manage daily routes efficiently, ensuring all deliveries and customer visits are completed on schedule

Experience

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is a plus
• Strong math skills for calculating pricing, discounts, and sales totals accurately
• Knowledge of route driving, merchandising, and heavy lifting tasks is advantageous
• Excellent organizational skills to manage schedules and prioritize customer visits effectively
• Background in military service or experience demonstrating discipline and teamwork is beneficial
• Effective communication skills to build rapport with diverse customers and team members
