About the role
We are a specialized interior decoration showroom based in Sayhat, Khaleej Road, offering end-to-end solutions in design, manufacturing, and installation of premium interior products — including kitchens, wardrobes, doors, and windows. We are looking for a driven and client-focused Sales Representative to join our team and help customers bring their vision to life.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and engage showroom visitors, understand their needs and budget, and guide them through available products and design options.
- Present and promote interior decoration solutions including kitchens, closets, doors, and windows.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales orders from first contact through to installation.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, contractors, and interior designers.
- Coordinate with the design and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in interior decoration, furniture, kitchens, or a related showroom environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic; English is a plus.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for design and home interiors.
- Ability to understand technical design details and translate them into client-friendly presentations.
- Proficiency in basic computer tools (MS Office, WhatsApp Business, or CRM systems).
- Must be based in or willing to commute to Sayhat, Eastern Province.
