Reporting to the General Manager NZ, the Sales & Marketing Coordinator’s role is to support the NZ Sales Team, Marketing Team, ANZ Brand Teams and General Manager (GM) in the successful fulfilment of their responsibilities. This includes managing requested sales and marketing tools, performing administrative duties, contribute towards building a high-performance culture and supporting the business’ objective to execute key initiatives that will deliver a 3-way win for Moët Hennessy New Zealand, the Customer and the Consumer
Job responsibilities
How you will contribute…
General Administration
- Provide administrative support to the GM and New Zealand team, coordinating meetings, team activities and office operations.
- Act as the primary liaison for the New Zealand office, managing suppliers, visitors, building services, office supplies, mail and couriers.
- Support IT and HR administration, including onboarding, company asset management and employee requests.
- Coordinate travel and itineraries for team members, guests and winery visits.
- Manage office inventory, staff milestone gifting, supplier invoices and vendor setup.
Sales Support
- Deliver high-quality artwork and promotional materials for customers within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Process stock orders, free-of-charge requests and stock transfers, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Prepare sales presentations, trade offers and reporting to support commercial activities and decision making.
- Coordinate winemaker visits and support Salesforce maintenance and account activation processes.
Customer Marketing Support
- Support the execution of MHNZ brand programs, trade activations and key customer initiatives in partnership with the Channel Activation Manager.
- Manage VAP orders, trade assets and agency coordination to ensure seamless delivery of activations.
- Assist with A&P budget administration, including purchase orders, invoice processing and spend tracking.
- Drive engagement with the Everyday Fundamentals (EDF) program, capturing results, measuring ROI and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain and update marketing asset libraries and brand collateral.
POSM Management
- Manage POSM ordering, distribution and inventory to support customer opportunities and business priorities.
- Coordinate the maintenance, logistics and tracking of POSM assets while ensuring cost-effective stock management.
- Maintain strong relationships with logistics partners and ensure the POSM catalogue remains current and accessible.
Digital & Consumer Centricity
- Champion MHNZ's E-Retail agenda, supporting the delivery of market plans aligned with regional KPIs.
- Partner with key stakeholders to improve online visibility, display compliance and digital execution.
- Track and report E-Retail activity, sharing insights, performance results and best practice recommendations.

Education
- Tertiary qualification in Business or Marketing an advantage
Languages
Experience
- At least 2 years marketing or administration experience with an international fast-moving consumer goods, liquor industry an advantage
- Microsoft Suite proficiency, SAP and Concur an advantage
- Experience in Desktop Publishing with good understanding of printing processes and terminology
- Strong time managements skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Responds quickly and effectively, is customer focused and results orientated
- Able to work under pressure with high attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Maintains belief, optimism and bounces back quickly from setbacks or failures
- Proactively seeks feedback and development for growth and takes action
- Solution-based team player who can deal with ambiguity & adapt quickly
