Key responsibilities & duties
Graphic Coordination
- Coordinate graphic design requests from internal departments on the requirement
- Prepare and organize design briefs, artwork, images, and supporting materials.
- Track design projects, deadlines, revisions, and approvals.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, marketing teams, printers, and external vendors.
- Review artwork for basic accuracy, formatting, branding, and required specifications.
- Ensure final artwork is properly named, organized, and archived.
- Follow up on pending artwork, feedback, and approvals.
Administrative Support
- Maintain records, files, artwork folders, and project documentation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, schedules, and administrative documents.
- Manage calendars, meetings, and project timelines when required.
- Handle emails, quotations, purchase requests, invoices, and other documentation.
- Coordinate printing, production, delivery, and installation requirements.
- Maintain an organized database of vendors, suppliers, and creative assets.
- Support the team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
Requirement
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic coordination, creative administration, marketing support, or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with different teams.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
