Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business development and revenue growth across Saudi Arabia. This is an individual contributor role responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, managing the complete sales cycle, and achieving assigned sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience selling diesel generators (DG Sets), power generation equipment, or related industrial products with an established network in the Saudi market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify new customers, projects, and business opportunities across Saudi Arabia.
- Generate leads through direct sales, consultants, EPC contractors, MEP contractors, distributors, and end users.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to order closure.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with engineering and operations teams.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and solution demonstrations.
- Build long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, industrial clients, and government organizations.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts while ensuring profitability.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM updates.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, finance, and service teams for timely project execution.
- Support tender submissions and participate in bid evaluations where required.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective after-sales coordination.
Required Experience
- 5–10+ years of B2B sales experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven experience selling:
- Diesel Generators (DG Sets)
- Gensets
- Power Generation Solutions
- Temporary Power Solutions
- Industrial Equipment
- Electrical Equipment
- Backup Power Systems
- Strong exposure to project sales and solution selling.
- Experience working with EPC contractors, consultants, industrial clients, and government organizations.
- Demonstrated success in consistently achieving sales targets.

Pay: ﷼15,000.00 - ﷼20,000.00 per month
