Location: Oman

Position: Sales Manager – Heavy Trucks

  • Experience: 10+ Years (Mandatory)
  • Industry Experience: Heavy Trucks / Commercial Vehicles Only

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

* Proven track record in heavy truck sales and business development

* Valid Oman Driving License preferred

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets

* Lead and manage the sales team to maximize performance

* Build and maintain relationships with key customers and fleet operators

* Identify new business opportunities and market segments

* Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals

* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements

* Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports

* Coordinate with service and after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Required Skills:

* Strong leadership and team management abilities

* Excellent negotiation and communication skills

* Deep understanding of the heavy truck industry

* Strategic planning and business development expertise

* Customer-focused with strong relationship management skills
