Sales Manager

We are looking for a high-performing and well-connected Sales Manager with strong UAE market knowledge to lead our sales team, develop new business networks, and drive aggressive revenue growth.
Creative Vision General Trading LLC is a fast-growing company specializing in indoor \& outdoor decoration, fit-out solutions, and material trading across the UAE.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage the daily activities of the sales team
• Monitor outdoor sales activities, client visits, follow-ups, and performance
• Build and expand a strong network of B2B clients, developers, main contractors, PMCs, interior designers, and consultants
• Generate new project leads and convert opportunities into confirmed business
• Monitor and enforce proper CRM updates and sales pipeline management
• Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and contract closing
• Coordinate with Estimation \& Design Teams for tenders, quotations, technical proposals, and commercial bids
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and major accounts
• Secure repeat business for turnkey fit-out, interior decoration, and material trading projects
• Monitor UAE construction, real estate, and fit-out market trends
• Develop strong sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets

REQUIREMENTS

✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Sales \& Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field
✅ 5–8 years UAE experience in B2B Sales / Business Development
✅ Strong experience in Fit-Out, Interior Decoration, Construction, or Project Sales
✅ Proven experience managing and motivating an outdoor sales team
✅ Strong UAE business network and proven ability to generate new clients
✅ Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and closing skills
✅ Good understanding of floor plans, project drawings, and technical requirements
✅ Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management
✅ Strong knowledge of UAE construction and project markets
✅ Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
✅ Personal vehicle is mandatory
✅ Target-driven, proactive, energetic, and highly motivated
