Sales Executive
We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a strategic mindset and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold outreach, and industry research.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships, ensuring excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and discovery meetings to proposal submission, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Market Analysis: Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new opportunities for business expansion.
- Strategic Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and market insights to management to support business growth strategies.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the creative and project management teams to ensure proposals and service offerings align with client expectations.
Requirements
- Sales Experience: 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within a creative, marketing, or technology environment.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Negotiation & Closing: Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Organization: High level of organization and time management, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) to manage leads and track sales performance.
- Self-Motivated: A high-energy, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the advertising, media, or event management industry.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing solutions and creative service offerings.
- Established network of professional contacts within the region.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
