Active communication with North African customers in the area of after sales service
Interface between customers, sales, order management and technology
Work on international tenders and feasibility assessments
Independent processing of service and maintenance offers incl. commercial and technical clarification
Creation and processing of spare parts quotations
Providing customer support during customer visits (internal/external)
Driving forward the day-to-day business
Implementing projects to optimize and expand sales of service production and driving them forward
Your Profile:
Completed studies in the field of industrial engineering or comparable training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) with professional experience and further training as a business economist
Basic technical understanding desirable
Experience in dealing with customers
Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
High ability to work in a team, willingness to achieve goals and find solutions, and willingness to travel
Good written and spoken German, French and English skills
