Your tasks:

• Active communication with North African customers in the area of after sales service
• Interface between customers, sales, order management and technology
• Work on international tenders and feasibility assessments
• Independent processing of service and maintenance offers incl. commercial and technical clarification
• Creation and processing of spare parts quotations
• Providing customer support during customer visits (internal/external)
• Driving forward the day-to-day business
• Implementing projects to optimize and expand sales of service production and driving them forward

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in the field of industrial engineering or comparable training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) with professional experience and further training as a business economist
• Basic technical understanding desirable
• Experience in dealing with customers
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• High ability to work in a team, willingness to achieve goals and find solutions, and willingness to travel
• Good written and spoken German, French and English skills
