Sales Executive – Gelato Shop

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and flexible Sales Associate to join our team at Giovanni L – Gelato de Luxe.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service
• Recommend and sell gelato, desserts, coffee, and other products
• Handle orders, payments, and POS transactions
• Maintain a clean and presentable shop
• Assist with daily opening/closing and general shop duties
• Work flexibly depending on business needs

Requirements:

• Good communication and sales skills
• Friendly, energetic, and comfortable speaking with customers
• Reliable and flexible with working hours
• Previous retail, F\&B, or customer-service experience is preferred
• Barista/coffee-making experience is a bonus
• Must be based in the UAE

We are looking for someone who is proactive and comfortable working independently when required, while also being a good team player.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
