Beauty & Cosmetics Sales Associate

We're looking for an enthusiastic Sales Associate (Girl) with a passion for beauty and cosmetics to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on retail sales experience in the beauty industry and knows how to build genuine relationships with customers while hitting sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, understanding their beauty needs and recommending suitable products
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, new arrivals, and beauty trends
• Maintain merchandising standards and product displays
• Process transactions and handle returns/exchanges
• Build repeat customer relationships through excellent service

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in beauty, cosmetics, or a related retail and wholesale field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for beauty and cosmetics products
• English/Arabic
