Job Description

Position Summary:

The Sales Executive – Food Scheme is responsible for driving business growth by promoting Bureau Veritas Food Certification and related services to existing and prospective clients. This role focuses on developing sales opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, monitoring market trends, and supporting business development initiatives to expand market presence and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets while strengthening relationships with key accounts.
  • Promote Food Scheme certification services and related solutions to existing and prospective clients, ensuring effective conversion of proposals into contracts and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up on quotations, proposals, and client inquiries to maximize business opportunities and ensure services meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Prepare and submit accurate reports in a timely manner, including sales reports, action plans, sales forecasts, and revised sales and marketing strategies when required.
  • Monitor and report market trends, customer demands, competitor activities, and business opportunities to management.
  • Identify and initiate marketing activities, events, and promotional campaigns to generate leads and grow the Food Scheme business within assigned territories.
  • Expand business opportunities and market share in designated areas, including Bangkok, Thonburi, Samut Sakhon, Nakhon Pathom, Nonthaburi, and other assigned locations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and support customer retention and account development. Achieve assigned individual sales targets and contribute to the overall achievement of team sales objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in food science, Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales, business development, or account management experience, preferably in certification, inspection, testing, food, or related industries.
  • Knowledge of food safety and management system standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, GHPs/HACCP, FSSC 22000, and BRCGS.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, customer-focused, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Possess a valid driving license and own vehicle, with willingness to travel for customer visits.
