Plaza Inn Hotel is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Female Sales Executive to strengthen our Sales \& Marketing team. If you have a passion for hospitality, enjoy meeting new clients, and are driven by achieving business goals, we would like to hear from you.
In this role, you will be responsible for expanding the hotel's customer base, maintaining strong business relationships, and increasing revenue through room bookings, corporate accounts, banquets, meetings, and other hotel services.
Your ResponsibilitiesSales Development
- Identify and approach new corporate clients, travel agencies, government organizations, and other potential business partners.
- Develop new sales opportunities to increase room occupancy and banquet revenue.
- Conduct sales visits, networking meetings, and presentations to promote the hotel's products and services.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and agreements tailored to client requirements.
- Follow up with prospective clients to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Achieve assigned revenue and sales objectives.
Customer \& Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and corporate accounts.
- Schedule regular meetings with clients to understand their business needs and encourage repeat business.
- Organize hotel inspections and familiarization visits for prospective customers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
Marketing \& Brand Promotion
- Represent the hotel at exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities.
- Support marketing initiatives by promoting seasonal offers and business packages.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer expectations to identify new opportunities.
Administration
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer information.
- Prepare sales activity reports and revenue forecasts.
- Ensure all contracts and documentation are completed accurately and comply with hotel policies.
Team Collaboration
- Coordinate closely with Front Office, Reservations, Food \& Beverage, and Banquet Operations to ensure excellent guest service.
- Assist with the planning and execution of group bookings, meetings, conferences, and special events.
Candidate Profile
We are seeking someone who has:
- A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of sales experience within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to build long-term business relationships.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluency in English (Arabic language skills will be an added advantage).
- A valid Qatar Driving License is preferred.
