Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead business development initiatives and expand our corporate client portfolio. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, build long-term client relationships, develop strategic sales plans, and drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with excellent negotiation skills, strong commercial awareness, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement corporate sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new corporate clients and business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.
  • Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close high-value agreements.
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance reports.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and industry exhibitions.
  • Ensure sales activities comply with company policies and business objectives.
  • Drive client retention through excellent account management and after-sales support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate sales, business development, or account management.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
