SALES DESIGNER

Job Summary:

You will engage customers to understand their needs, deliver creative interior design proposals, and drive sales conversions while coordinating projects for smooth delivery.

Responsibilities:

– Engage customers to identify and clarify their interior design needs and preferences to tailor solutions effectively

– Develop and present creative design concepts that align with customer requirements and inspire purchase decisions

– Prepare detailed and accurate quotations and negotiate terms to successfully close sales deals

– Coordinate project activities across teams to ensure timely and smooth delivery of products and services, meeting customer expectations

Preferred Competencies and Qualifications:

– Diploma in Interior Design (ID) or equivalent

– Preferably with ID sales experience

– Must be bilingual in “English and Mandarin” in order to communicate with English and Mandarin speaking clients or IDs

– Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility and good team player

– Result-oriented, independent and experienced in customer service and sales

– Self-motivated with strong communication skills

– Basic salary commensurate with experience

– Attractive commission (subject to individual sales performance)

– Permanent position

Working Hours:

6 days’ week (one off-day per week, to be taken on a weekday)

Showroom Working Hours:

– 12.00pm to 9.00pm (Weekdays)

– 11.00am to 9.00pm (Weekends/PHs)
