Interior Designer

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and highly driven Interior Designer to join our team in Singapore. You will manage projects from initial concept through to final site handover. The ideal candidate possesses excellent spatial planning skills for urban spaces, handles local vendor procurement, and communicates smoothly with clients and sub-contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Management: Meet clients to understand design goals, space requirements, and budget limits.
• Spatial Planning: Optimize space layouts for compact residential (HDB/Condo) or commercial units.
• Design \& Conceptualization: Develop mood boards, 2D layouts, and high-quality 3D perspective renderings.
• Material Sourcing: Select and source appropriate materials, textures, color palettes, and furniture.
• Project Budgeting: Generate transparent cost estimations, quotations, and work schedules for clients.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all plans comply with Singapore regulatory standards, including HDB renovation guidelines and BCA/BCDF codes.
• Site Supervision: Conduct frequent site inspections to manage sub-contractors, carpentry work, and ensure timely completion.

Requirements \& Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of proven experience handling residential or commercial projects in Singapore.
• Technical Skills: High proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating creative spatial solutions and completed projects.
• Communication: Strong language skills to communicate effectively with English- and Mandarin-speaking clients and contractors.
• Accreditation: Singapore Interior Design Accreditation Scheme (SIDAS) accreditation is a distinct advantage.

Pay: $4,500.00 - $6,500.00 per month
