Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Achieve sales targets and support store KPIs
• Maintain excellent customer service standards
• Support visual merchandising and store presentation
• Handle billing, exchanges, and customer inquiries
• Maintain stock availability and store cleanliness
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth store operations

Requirements

• Previous fashion retail or customer service experience preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for fashion and sales
• Positive attitude and teamwork spirit
• Flexible to work retail shifts, weekends, and holidays
• English communication is required;
