Job DescriptionWhat You’ll Do:
Sales \& Customer Service
- Attend to customers professionally and provide a pleasant shopping experience.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Provide product information and assist customers throughout their purchase journey.
Sales Achievement
- Support daily sales activities and work towards achieving individual and outlet sales targets.
- Participate in company promotions and sales campaigns to drive business performance.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build good relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases and brand loyalty.
- Provide after-sales service and follow up on customer enquiries when required.
Product Knowledge
- Learn and maintain good knowledge of jewellery products, collections, and promotions.
- Provide suitable recommendations based on customers’ preferences and requirements.
Outlet Operations
- Assist with daily outlet operations including product display, stock arrangement, and outlet cleanliness.
- Ensure smooth handling of sales transactions and customer requests.
Customer Feedback \& Market Awareness
- Gather customer feedback and share insights on customer preferences and buying trends.
- Support improvement of customer service and sales performance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Diploma / Degree holders are welcome to apply.
- Retail sales, customer service, or jewellery experience is an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Customer-focused with willingness to learn.
- Target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays according to retail schedules.
