SALES AND MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Job Description

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell the healthcare centre’s services, including health screening packages, outpatient services, and specialist consultations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, insurance companies, and third-party administrators (TPAs).
  • Identify and approach potential new clients, partners, and referral sources (e.g., clinics, general practitioners, community groups).
  • Prepare and deliver presentations or proposals to prospective clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

Administrative \& Support:

  • Prepare regular sales reports and marketing analytics for management review.
  • Maintain a customer database (CRM) and follow up on leads or inquiries.
  • Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with healthcare regulations and branding guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales or marketing; experience in healthcare industry is an advantage.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Language: Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages is a plus).
  • Others: Willing to travel locally for meetings, events, or client visits.
