Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Roofer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various roofing systems on residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Responsibilities

• Install a variety of roofing materials including metal roofing, single-ply membrane roofing, shingles, tiles, and stucco finishes.
• Conduct roof repairs and restoration work efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
• Interpret technical drawings, construction plans, and specifications to ensure accurate installation.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely to cut, shape, and secure roofing components.
• Perform siding installation, masonry work, drywall finishing, caulking, and other related exterior construction tasks as needed.
• Follow all construction safety regulations including the proper use of safety harnesses and ladder safety procedures.
• Lift heavy materials safely during installation or repair projects while maintaining proper posture.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work site by managing debris and ensuring safety measures are in place at all times.

Skills

• Extensive experience in roofing installation, repair, and maintenance with knowledge of metal roofing and single-ply membrane systems.
• Strong understanding of construction estimating processes and reading technical drawings or blueprints.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, ladders, scaffolding, and heavy lifting techniques.
• Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations including fall protection systems like safety harnesses.
• Experience with siding installation, stucco application, masonry work, drywall finishing, caulking, tile laying, and concrete forming is a plus.
• Ability to interpret technical plans accurately for precise project execution.
• Outdoor work experience in various weather conditions with a focus on safety protocol adherence.
• Handyman skills including metal stud framing and remodeling are advantageous for versatile project support.
