We are currently seeking professional and reliable Security Officer to join our team at Floreat, WA. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable organisation that values professionalism, safety, and service excellence.

About the Role

As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while delivering a high standard of customer service. This role involves a mix of patrols, incident response, and client-facing duties.

Positions available: Part-time

Level 2 - $29.24

Shifts: Weekday and weekend \| Day and night shifts

Roster (example):

Monday \& Tuesday: 0900am - 2100pm

Saturday 0900am -1800pm

Sunday 1100am -1800pm

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patrols to ensure the safety and security of people, property, and assets
• Provide a professional and approachable security presence
• Respond to alarms, incidents, emergencies, and requests for assistance
• Identify and assess risks, taking appropriate action in line with procedures
• Adhere to all site and company security protocols
• Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records
• Monitor and operate the Fire Panel and CCTV systems
• Work independently and unsupervised while maintaining site security

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A valid Security Licence
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Previous security experience (retail experience highly regarded)
• Draw on previous security experience to carry out daily duties effectively
• Availability to work day/night and weekday/weekend shifts
• Good physical fitness, as patrols are required
• Ability to work independently and follow procedures
• Strong attention to detail
• A reliable and punctual work history
