Role Purpose
We are seeking a dedicated Retail Operations Executive with a passion for luxury retail to support the delivery of operational excellence. The ideal candidate will assist in optimizing store operations, maintaining high standards of execution, supporting retail initiatives, and ensuring a seamless customer journey. Working closely with store teams, Retail Operations Manager and other corporate functions, this role plays a key part in driving operational consistency, enhancing the client experience, and supporting the achievement of business goals in line with the company’s strategic vision.

Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in any field
· 3-5 years of experience in retail operations, buying, merchandising, inventory management, and multi-store coordination. Experience in luxury or pet retail industry will be an advantage
· Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandise planning, store processes and customer service standards
· Strong numerical and analytical skills to interpret sales and inventory data
· Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
· Proven ability to support sales growth initiatives and contribute to improving operational efficiency across stores
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify issues and support the implementation of action plans
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
· Pro-activeness, hands-on, committed to spend time in stores to support operations, observe execution, and build strong working relationships with store teams
· Strong problem solving skills and a collaborative mindset
· Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with retail system or POS platforms is an advantage
· Passion for retail excellence; interest in animals and pet care products is highly desirable
