• New Business Acquisition: Identify and approach new B2B clients (artisan bakeries, cafes, food manufacturers, and HORECA) to expand market share.

• Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide tailored ingredient solutions.

• Product Presentation: Present the benefits and premium quality of our freshly milled flours to bakers and purchasing managers.

• Sales Targets: Execute sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue goals.

• Market Feedback: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to report to management.

• 0-2 years in B2B Sales, preferably in Food Ingredients, Bakery, or HORECA (Flour experience is a plus).

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Business, Marketing, or related fields.

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills with a self-motivated mindset.

• Thai national with a good command of English, capable of working in an international environment.
