Job Scope/Responsibilities:
- Attend to all walk-in customers
- Conduct gym tours and explain our membership packages
- Understand customer goals, budget, and commitment level before recommending the right package
- Follow up with leads consistently through call/WhatsApp and set up appointment with prospect.
- Generate referrals and reactivate expired members
- Close membership and fitness package sales
- Work together with Personal Trainers to convert prospects into PT clients
- Support front desk duties such as check-ins, payments, and customer inquiries
- Support daily gym operations during assigned shifts.
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and confident front-of-house presence
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Basic computer knowledge
- Able to work shifts, weekends \& public holidays
- 3 Shift arrangement – 6:30am – 2:30pm, 1:30pm – 9:00pm, 4:30pm – 12:30am
- Experience in sales is an advantage (training provided)
